This Glasair at AirVenture 2003 could take a bite out of the sky with its cool paint scheme!

Follow that Chopper!

During AirVenture 2003, I got to ride in a homebuilt helicopter, a Safari. We followed another helicopter around the pattern at the south end of the airport, based at the ultralight runway. I even got to fly the helicopter myself for a few minutes!
